Simple Divorce:
Marriage of short duration, no children, few marital assets and no support requested or required. Both parties retain attorneys.

Marriage with children, property and other marital assets including but not limited to defined benefit or retirement plans. Both parties retain attorneys who negotiate on their clients' behalf.

High conflict over asset division, issues of support (both spousal and Child support) and parenting time. The length of a mediation session or number of sessions cannot be accurately predicted and varies depending on a number of factors such as complexity of assets, whether there are children of the marriage, communication style of the couple, and need for outside experts. Additionally, the rates and number of hours of consultations with outside professionals cannot be accurately predicted.
