CLUSTER COMMUNITY SERVICES ANNOUNCESVICKY KHAZZAM AS NEW DEPUTY EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Yonkers, NY — June, 2025— CLUSTER is proud to announce the promotion of Vicky Khazzam to the role of Deputy Executive Director. Vicky brings over 20 years of experience in alternative dispute resolution, restorative practices, program development, and community engagement—experience that will be instrumental in helping CLUSTER continue to fulfill its mission of empowering individuals and strengthening communities.

In her new role, Vicky will work closely with Executive Director, Tajae Gaynor and the leadership team to advance organizational strategy, deepen community partnerships, and support donor engagement. Her leadership will continue to shape impactful programs and services across all of CLUSTER’s initiatives.

“Vicky has made countless contributions to CLUSTER through her visionary work in mediation and restorative practices,” said Executive Director Tajae Gaynor. “Her innovative leadership in programs like Weapons Counseling and Restorative Family Conferencing has transformed lives. Her relational approach and steady leadership will be an asset across all CLUSTER programs.”
